09 beat charges no processing fee on deposits. Every amount you send will be credited to your wallet in full.
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500।
Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. However, if KYC verification is required or the amount is large, an additional 24–48 hours may apply.
For security purposes, identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This may include a copy of your national ID or passport.
Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Your actual deposit can be withdrawn at any time.

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration. The wagering requirement for the bonus is typically 10–30x.
09 Beat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the Cash Out feature is active). Please verify the amount and market selection before confirming.
If a match is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded. A bet may also be voided if the match is suspended before the required amount of play has been completed.
The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 09 Beat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
